This noble drink is distilled from the fruits of three hundred quince trees, grown on the rich soil of Eastern Hungary. Before fermentation, the quince flesh is separated from the seeds, and it is ground to a pulp to fully extract the sweetness of the hard fruit. It undergoes a modern, multi-stage distilling process to ensure that the flavor and aroma notes are equally dominant.

The Quince Pálinka opens with a fresh, slightly green-tea quince aroma. It evokes the rich, indulgent fruit flavors of Grandma’s Christmas walnut quince curd, before the flavors linger on long like an autumn dawn. It is best served at room temperature.
