Our premium 60 Pálinka product line is silky and strong, made for those who like special things. Despite its high alcohol content, the surprisingly soft and intense fruitiness dominates, which is also thanks to our unique cooking technique: this way we were able to bring out the aromas and flavors to the maximum without compromise.
Quince
Pure, selected quince, silky and strong. Our distillation brought out the best honeyed characters, matched only by the childhood memory of homemade quince curd. The fuzzes have been scrubbed off the skins before being put in the mash, leaving only the waxy essence of the skins, leaving a pleasant, lingering silky finish. Its unique flavor and aroma are mostly achieved by combining three distillation techniques. An appetizing, strong, clean Pálinka.
Apricot
We have made this juicy, silky, yet high-alcohol brandy specialty from our own apricots. Even at high alcohol levels, it opens with a rich, citrus bouquet and aroma, which unfolds into a honeyed, almost caramelized apricot jam character. Its unique flavor and aroma are mostly produced by blending three distillation technologies. With a noble, oily luster, it is a pure.
Plum
We have sealed the soul of the ash-blue plum grown in our own plum orchard on the Kunság sand in this bottle. It combines the freedom felt in the Plains landscape with the warmth of summer, and coats the inside of the glass with a slightly oily luster. Its silky flavors and aromas are achieved by our blending three distillation techniques. Even at high alcohol levels, the plum blossom aroma is crystal clear, with lingering strong, spicy, jamlike finish .
William’s pear
Distilled from handpicked delicious William pears, this is a pure and strong spirit that the ladies love too. Made using a modern technology for maximum flavor and aroma retention, the silky smooth taste and perfumed fragrance notes remain pronounced. It captivates with a spicy fragrance, followed by vanilla, a flatteringly silky pear flavor and finally a long, musky finish.
Apple
A silky and strong Pálinka made from selected red apples grown on our own land. Its characterful flavor overrides the high alcohol content: a spicy, crisp fruit flavor reminiscent of apple pie, with a slightly tart, waxy character. A pure blend, whose quality has been followed from the flowering of the tree to the bottling. Its unique flavor and aroma are mostly produced by blending 3 distillation techniques.
