The unique taste and aroma of our Premium Pálinka product line is mostly made by blending, or combining, 3 distillation technologies, which combines the classic traditional still, the aroma column still and the single-stage distillation technology. The uniqueness can also be attributed to the distillation on the self-designed, computer-controlled distillation equipment.
Pumpkin Spirit
Our specialty spirit is made from ground, de-seeded, and skinless, honey-sweet pumpkin flesh. Its full, magnificent flavor resembles cantaloupes and, slightly, of carrots, so it can also surprise the most demanding connoisseurs. It is a familiar-tasting, autumnal, warm spirit with a flavor that is completely different from the usual fruití patterns. It opens with a pure pumpkin aroma, then hints of apricot, caramel, and sweet pie can be detected in the finish. It is best served at room temperature with poultry, baked goods, or on its own.
Cantaloupe Pálinka
A Pálinka specialty made from sun-ripened cantaloupes grown in Hungary. Its slightly sweet, vanilla, and pineapple aroma perfectly brings out the slightly playful, bohemian flavor evoking cantaloupes, making it popular among women as well. The essence of juicy cantaloupes is poured into the glass, evoking the feeling of freedom and hot summer days. Thanks to its unique mashing process, we were able to preserve the fruit’s succulence and delicate aroma in the bottle. We recommend serving with cream desserts and ice cream at room temperature.
Sloe Pálinka
This is a true treat for the lovers of Pálinka specialties with this spirit distilled from frost-bitten sloes. The fruit, as a native, domestic medicinal herb of Hungary, is a popular theme in folk songs, a symbol of a woman who is hard to get but faithful. We make it blending, or hybridizing, mostly three of the modern technologies, so its flavors and aroma profile are even more enjoyable. This natural, full-flavored and aromatic pálinka is recommended to be consumed with game dishes at room temperature.
Cornel Pálinka
The native Hungarian forest fruit inspired a special Pálinka that even those who don’t like this berry raw will enjoy. It shows the tart flavor of de-seeded cornel berries thanks to the modern distillation process. It opens with extremely intense, slightly floral aromas, then the unique, unmistakable flavor of the red cornel berries takes over the main melodic part. Its aroma lingers for a long time, with the myriad colorful aromas of midsummer days. For connoisseurs, it is recommended to be consumed with game dishes and smoked meats at room temperature.
Black Cherry Pálinka
Our Pálinka distilled from a long-stemmed Hungarian-variety of lack cherries is a delight for lovers of traditional flavors. It is the first fruit of the season that is ripened through the increasingly long and sunny summer days. Its sweet and slightly spicy and coffee-tinged aroma harmonizes perfectly with the dark red berry flavors. The aftertaste is heavily fruity and marzipan-like. Perfect for an aperitif or a unique accompaniment to dark chocolate desserts.
Apricot Pálinka
Our Hungarian Apricot Pálinka has a classic, honeyed peachy aroma that is larger than life. It is made from the purest, homegrown Hungarian apricots, carefully selected at the peak of ripeness and sugar content. We always manage to coax new flavors out of this popular fuit, from the pineapple aroma and citrusy opening to the flavors of homemade apricot jam, beloved in Hungary. The finish is long and characterful, leaving a satisfied smile on every face. Excellent for any toast.
Peach Pálinka
It comes with a fresh, summery flavor, a fascinating fruity aroma, the very essence of the finest peaches ripening on trees planted in sandy Hungarian soil, grown in our own orchards especially for this purpose. During the state-of-the-art distillation process the hand-picked, seeded, honey-sweet fruit achieves a soothing silky flavor as well as floral fragrance notes. Its feminine, slightly vanilla-like character can really unfold at room temperature.
Clustercherry Pálinka
Our Hungarian Cherry Pálinka has a hint of marzipan on top of a slightly floral nose and a taste vaguely reminiscent of chocolate truffles. It reveals the essence of ripe sour cherries. It is made from a slightly bitter small drupe, a variety grown in our own orchard on the Hungarian Plains The cherries are picked at the peak of ripeness, carefully selected, and seeded. The pure fruit flesh is distilled into Pálinka in a state-of-the-art distillation process, in several phases, retaining the flavors and aroma of the fruit in their midsummer fullness. It opens with a fresh, dessert-like taste, then the deeper flavors of sour cherries flow out and finally leave our throats with a slightly bitter, velvety finish. Serve at room temperature or after a meal with desserts.
Plum Pálinka
Made from fruits grown in our own plum orchard, this Plum Pálinka offers the experience of a whole year in one sip. It opens with the scent of spring plum blossom, followed by the full, sunny fruit flavors of summer. Then, the sumptuous and colorful jammy aromas of autumn emerge, before a dry cinnamon finish reminiscent of winter evenings makes for a long-lasting experience. This is all the result of our unique, modern distillation method and the power of Hungarian soil. The Plum Pálinka, a Hungarian classic, is now even more complex and enjoyable than what we’re used to. We recommend to serve it at room temperature for any occasion.
Williams Pear Pálinka
The ripest, melting pear is late summer’s gift. Now it shows an unexpected new face. Dstilled with a modern technology, with maximum flavor and aroma retention, the result is a surprisingly intense, almost perfumed spirit, which made “the king of pears” one of the best materials for a Pálinka which women also love. It opens with a delicate, spicy aroma, followed by a deep, slightly vanilla-tinged, soothingly silky pear flavor, and finally a musky, sweet-sad perfumed finish. We recommend to enjoy it at room temperature.
Apple Pálinka
Made from high quality, hand-picked Hungarian apples, we recommend our Apple Pálinka to those who seek straight, honest and no-nonsense flavours. Apples are like that, they have nothing to hide; you will feel the lightness, tartness, slight spiciness as the multiple varieties blend. It opens with the pleasant, spicy aroma of waxy red-skin apples, then the creamy flavor of fresh apple pie mingles with a touch of citrus, finishing with a slightly tart, raspy, cinnamon finish. Serve at room temperature, accompanying chicken, pasta, or fish.
Quince Pálinka
A noble drink distilled from the fruits of our three hundred quince trees, which grow on the rich soil of the Tisza and Kőrös region. Before fermentation, the outer fluff and the core are removed, and the pulp is mashed to bring out the full sweetness of this hard fruit. It goes through a modern, multi-phase distillation process so that the flavor and aroma notes can dominate equally. It opens with a fresh, slightly green tea-like quince scent, but in the mouth the dense, tempting fruit taste of Granny’s Christmas walnut quince curd appears; finally the flavor fades away like an autumn dawn. Serve at room temperature.
Irsai Olivér Grape Pálinka
Thanks to its fresh, fruity fragrance and intoxicating muscatel aroma, it is a real treat for connoisseurs. The drink, which is fermented from crisp grapes with the skin on, was made with state-of-the-art multiple-phase distillation, thus perfectly extracting the diverse aromas and flavors of the Irsai Olivér grape variety, from the grape flowers to citrusy overtones. The musky flavor really unfolds in your mouth,with a long, light, sweet finish bidding farewell like an elegant lady. Ideal as an aperitif and a greeting drink.
Muscat Ottonel Grape Pálinka
Muscat aroma and full grape flavor enchants women too. The best part of the whole grape seeds were distilled with a modern process. This grape variety, with its citrusy, slightly rose-like aroma, elevates it to the best of Hungarian pálinkas. Using a modern, clean distillation process, we are able to seal that intense flavor and aroma palette in the bottle, all the qualities which brighten your heart. First a pure floral, muscatel aroma brings out the finest the grapes can offer; then the deep, sweet characters proceed to reveal themselves before the uniquely honey-like, spicy, raisiny finish. Strawberry Pálinka
The characteristic aroma and sweet character of strawberries are enhanced in this Pálinka speciality, with the strawberries mashed and de-seeded before fermentation, thus removing the seediness, waxiness and slightly metallic aftertaste. Our Pálinka has a truly unique flavor and aroma profile, thanks to the multiple-step, clean distillation process. The immediately recognizable aroma of ripe, sweet strawberries is followed by the taste of strawberry jam and strawberry cake, which is piquant and slightly spicy, but has a short finish and elegant departure. Perfect for strawberry desserts or on its own, served at room temperature.
Mulberry Pálinka
We own seven mulberry trees which are over a hundred years old, but our de-seeded mulberry Pálinka is a real novelty. It is a rare delicacy, as almost no one had tasted mulberry without seeds until it was chosen for distillation. It is surprising how many intense flavors and aromas are hidden in that fruit, otherwise quelled by the oily taste of the seeds. During modern distillation, the full range of fruitiness is revealed, releasing the flavors and aromas. It opens with a sweet, strong, dessert-like aroma, then the ripe mulberry’s spicy, jammy flavor unfolds, and finally the taste experience is made complete with a strong, spicy aftertaste and a long finish. It is recommended to be consumed at room temperature after a little aeration.
Elderberry Pálinka
Extremely fragrant, it shows the flavor of black elderberries in a spicy but not intrusive way, thanks to the modern distillation process. A notable feature of the distillation is that we remove the seeds before fermentation, so the sharp, oily aftertaste completely disappear, opening the space for this rarely consumed fruit to present itself in the best possible way. First its fresh, honeyed, floral fragrance arrives, reminding you of forest berries. Thenm when it reaches your taste buds, the jammy character of elderberries appears, followed by a slightly spicy, long finish. For connoisseurs, it is an excellent companion to game meats.
Blackcurrant Pálinka
The characteristic flavor and aroma of blackcurrant are made truly special by the modern distillation method. The dry, tart essence of blackcurrant is more pronounced than the raw fruit itself. Since the seeds are removed during the preparation process, the waxy, green aftertaste is completely eliminated, making it enjoyable for those who don’t like the fruit itself. We make it mostly by blending three distillation technologies, so the flavor and aroma profile is really original.
